Tom Bendu

Tom Bendu has over 20 years experience in Information Technology Systems Design and currently works for the Maryland State Department of Transportation in Glen Burnie. He has a BS and MS in Information Systems Management from The University of Maryland Global Campus in College Park in Maryland, a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and ITIL. Tom’s greatest gratification is single handedly financing the construction of a two miles road from the main feeder road to his village in Bumpe section, Bumpe Chiefdom, Moyamba District, Southern Province, Sierra Leone. Today, whenever he visits Sierra Leone, he will drive his SUV from Freetown to his Sherbro land, something that was a dream in the past.



Raymond Kargbo

Raymond holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Fourah Bay College and a Masters in Business Administration in Logistics and Management, both in Sierra Leone. Currently, Raymond works as the general manager of Nexus SL Ltd, a company he formed that provides logistics services.



Lansana Sowa

Lansana holds a bachelor’s degree in Project Management. Lansana is the president of a human rights and food network non profit organization in Sierra Leone that provides food and other amenities to hundreds of thousands of people within the country.



Dr. Donald Bash-Taqi

Dr. Taqi is a Pediatrician by profession. He has been practicing pediatrics in Sierra Leone for the last 28 years. Currently, he leads a team as the director of programme for the on-going support for the introduction of local post graduate training and Continuing Professional Development that WHO is supporting.
